In these applications, the process begins with the recording of patient data at the point of care (POC). The POC can include the physician's
office, medical center, hospital, or anywhere the patient is located.

Data is transmitted securely and reliably to the clinical personnel’s mobile handheld device. The system has advanced technology that
allows the system to be availability aware,so that another clinician can immediately be contacted if the original intended clinician is unavailable.

Once received, data can be reviewed and responded to using voice or textual communication back through the system.
